2019 - Diversification and Expansion

After a busy end to 2018, Conti Carwil has kickstarted 2019 by expanding our reach and productivity yet further.

In February 2019, our monthly liner service from Antwerp to Morocco saw MV Celtic Endeavour (pictured) load a combination of steel, timber and project cargo in Antwerp. In the Adriatic MV Seher II, MV Kristin C and MV Lieke loaded parcels of steels both large and small in Porto Nogaro before completing in Croatia and Slovenia with timber destined to Morocco.

The first months of 2019 have signified diversification and expansion. In January Conti Carwil chartered vessels have successfully called for the first time in Cartagena, Setubal, Bermeo, Antwerp and Papenburg. Our liner services from the Adriatic and Antwerp have continued to demonstrate our commitment to cost effective and flexible solutions, providing our customers with bespoke opportunities for their cargo needs. In February MV Heenvliet sailed from Porto Nogaro northbound to Drogheda, in Ireland, and Newport adding further to this list.

We are constantly pushing to expand our parcelling services to ensure our customers are given the most competitive rates possible for their cargo, no matter what size, and a regular service upon which they can rely. We are therefore delighted to announce our agreement with Trana to provide commercial liner agency for our new monthly sailings from Aveiro Portugal, to Morocco.
